Sew along with me and all our friends in a virtual retreat via Zoom. This retreat is for sewists of all kinds and skill levels.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a formal class. We will not be working on the same project together and I will not be able to guide any attendee step by step through a pattern. You'll be working on your own and asking for help as needed :)

What's included in the weekend?

I'm here to assist you and answer any questions you have about my patterns. (You are welcome to work on anything you'd like but I will not be able to answer questions about them, sorry).

What hours will we be sewing?

Friday 3 - 7 pm EST

Saturday 10 am - 7 pm EST

Sunday 10 am - 2 pm EST

Do I need to stay the entire time?

Absolutely not! You are welcome to come and go as you please. The hours listed are the hours we will be available on Zoom.

Obviously, this will be different from other retreats you've been to but we are going to do our best to make it feel like we are all together in the same room. We hope you'll join us!

Piping for Scaredy Cats class - includes precut kit!

Piping for Scaredy Cats

When: Saturday August 29th from 11-4 eastern

What: I will show you all the tips and tricks I have for piping.  We will work together on a Lola Crossbody bag outside.  You can also bring your other projects that you would like help with.

Supplies:

Precut kit will be sent to you with top, bottom & piping.

Sewing machine with piping, cording or zipper foot.  You will need a foot with the ability to sew very close to the edge of the piping.

Basic supplies, clips, thread, scissors, etc.

DST is helpful too. I like 1/8"

Lola Crossbody pattern for finishing information

We will NOT be working on the lining or handles.  You will need to finish the bag on your own.

Not included: Lola pattern, handle, lining, zippers, hardware

Add a note with likes & dislikes for colors & prints!

Zoom info will be emailed to you a few days prior to class!

Zoom Class notes: 
Kits will be a surprise - my choice of cork, hardware & zippers 😊 but feel free to add a note if you have a color preference (or a color you don't enjoy!)
BEFORE CLASS you will need to have all your pieces cut and labeled.  The kit DOES NOT come precut!  LNING FABRIC & ZIPPERS NOT INCLUDED.

Zoom classes are not recorded. 

Please choose your kit carefully.  There are multiple dates/options for each class.   

The Zoom class is FREE and available only with the purchase of a kit.
